Reminisce Bar & Grill (2018)

Reminisce Bar & Grill is the fourth solo album Walter Martin has recorded since his band the Walkmen split in 2013, and it’s one that might throw fans of his two award winning family albums for a loop. With frankness and poignancy, Martin, now a 43-year-old married man with two young children, squarely tackles the subject of adulthood specifically, his own.  Darkly humorous mid-life reflections on marriage, fatherhood, work and fear of death.

My Kinda Music (2017)

Winner of 2017 Parents' Choice Gold Award, My Kinda Music is the second installment of Martin's "Juvenile Series" (following 2014's We're All Young Together).  Songs about music, imagination and the creative process. Features guest vocals by The National's Matt Berninger and folk singer Laura Gibson.

Arts & Leisure (2016)

Arts & Leisure is a collection of songs that take inspiration from Martin's years of world travel as a musician, his younger days working in art museums and what he refers to as his "shaky grasp of college art history."  Humorous personal stories about art, artists, museums and architecture.
